However, he stated that “the first half has been tight, from the point of view of demand, as we are not oblivious to what is happening in the country.” In this regard he said that the level of demand in the SIC which is controlled and generally are flat growth in the industrial segment.

In that sense, the commercial manager contextualized that “in June we had a fairly significant growth in demand, more than 8%. So we’re starting to regain the levels of growth we had projected “.

According to the executive, to achieve the projected growth depends on “customer behavior. We are seeing a fairly cautious growth for industrial use, and what is now what drives consumption are essentially commercial and residential customers. “

Meanwhile, Chilectra’s executive said the investment plan for 2014 is taking place in accordance with the provisions. “We are continuously investing primarily in quality of supply or new connections, which makes us very happy because we were able to progressively improve our downtime and our levels of reliability”, he said.
